A special THANK YOU to all members for your patience and understanding these past several months as we modified services to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. As of October 5th, we will open our lobby and we are pleased to welcome members back with new safety precautions. We’ve missed you, and we know you’ve missed visiting the credit union!

We need your cooperation and patience to maintain a healthy environment for all members and employees, so here is important information about what you can expect when you visit our lobby:


We will allow only two members in the credit union at one time – observing social distancing markers in place.

We will ask a few safety questions before entry, and will have a sanitizing station for you to use at the door.

All branch staff continue to wear masks – and everyone entering (over 2 yrs old) must wear a facial covering also. For security, you will be asked to briefly remove the face covering for identification. Remember to remove sunglasses and hats before entering, please.

If your transactions requires identification inside, you may be asked again to briefly remove face covering.

Lobby waiting areas are unavailable. To allow for social distancing we ask that you enter the lobby alone. If you need someone with you, we do understand, but please remember that all entering, including children over the age of two, must also wear face coverings.

Members must adhere to social distancing upon entering the lobby. You will see plexiglass throughout the offices to separate employees and members. Please place yourself directly opposite our staff with the plexiglass between you for maximum safety.

Please Remember – there will be no public restroom access
Pens are available but if you would like to use your own, please bring one. If you use ours, feel free to take it with you as our gift.

Above all, please be patient with our staff and each other. We recognize these are not ideal circumstances, but they are our best options to meet your needs while trying to maximize safety.

FOR NON-TELLER Transactions: You can make an appointment for other services by scheduling an appointment by calling or texting 318-445-5696. We offer appointments for transactions such as opening new accounts, applying for loans, and for notary services.

Alternatives: We offer two drive-up lanes to reduce your wait time. We also offer on-line banking.

STAYING SAFE: Our staff is ready to welcome you back! In addition, we have been practicing good hygiene and safety habits. We are requiring staff temperature checks and continue to insist on frequent handwashing and social distancing, but we can’t do this alone. If you do not feel well, or are running a fever, please stay home – for everyone’s sake. Stay safe, be well, and thank you for your continued support as we make our way through these unprecedented times – TOGETHER!
